Access to toto22 and use of its Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as a Member holds an active Account.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make deposits, or place bets on toto22. This age requirement is strictly enforced. toto22 will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Member cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Any Funds held in an Account that cannot pass age verification may be withheld pending review.
Underage Gambling Prohibition. Registering or attempting to use the Services while under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. toto22 employs active age-verification technology and manual review processes to enforce this requirement. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds.
toto22 accepts Members who are residents of Indonesia and of other jurisdictions where accessing online gaming services is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. toto22 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any specific location other than in accordance with these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where toto22 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and void any related bets or bonus claims.
By registering and using the Services, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, of sound mind, and that you are not acting under duress or on behalf of another person.
You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or otherwise, from any gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded from toto22, you may not re-register until the relevant exclusion period has formally expired and you have contacted our support team to request reinstatement.
To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full, providing at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and your country of residence. toto22 reserves the right to request additional information at any point.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date and must notify toto22 promptly of any changes by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. toto22 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify toto22 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your Account.
Before processing any withdrawal request or granting full platform access, toto22 requires all Members to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of:
KYC review is typically completed within 15–30 minutes during staffed hours (08.00–24.00 WIB). toto22 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
KYC Protects You. Identity verification protects your account from fraud and ensures that winnings are paid out to the correct person. toto22 will never use KYC documents for any purpose other than account verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations.
toto22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toto22 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard credit cards unless explicitly stated on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, toto22 may apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Average processing time is under three minutes from request submission to funds arriving in your registered bank account or e-wallet. toto22 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. toto22 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Before processing a withdrawal, toto22 may require that all outstanding Wagering Requirements related to active bonuses have been fulfilled. Where a Member has an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, withdrawing real-money funds may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any related Bonus Funds.
toto22 operates in full compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) standards. toto22 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to illegal activity. Any Member found to have deposited funds of illicit origin will have their Account permanently closed and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
Payment Security. All financial transactions on toto22 are processed over secure 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. toto22 does not store full bank account or e-wallet credentials on its servers. All sensitive payment data is tokenised and processed exclusively through certified payment gateways.
toto22 may offer Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time the bonus is awarded or claimed. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms governing each bonus before activating it.
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard Wagering Requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x turnover") which means the total amount wagered must equal the bonus amount multiplied by that multiplier. Example: A Rp 100.000 bonus with 30x turnover requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before the bonus or any related winnings become withdrawable.
All bonuses have a defined validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused Bonus Funds or unfulfilled Wagering Requirements remaining at the end of the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account.
toto22 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — together with any winnings derived from it — where the Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other Members to reduce variance, exploiting software errors or technical loopholes, and betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds without risk exposure. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account closed and all Funds forfeited.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may only have one active bonus on your Account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus while a previous bonus is still active will result in the forfeiture of the older bonus and any unfulfilled Wagering Requirement associated with it.
toto22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion before the event or game outcome is determined. Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the Platform, it becomes a binding transaction and cannot be cancelled by the Member. toto22 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds, duplicate bets, bets placed after an event has started (unless live betting is explicitly offered for that event), or bets placed by Members who are excluded or restricted.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1). Settlement is based on the outcome at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated in the bet market (e.g., "to qualify" markets are settled on the eventual tournament progression regardless of extra time or penalties). Where an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
All live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other providers follow the official game rules published by the respective provider. Random Number Generator (RNG) games including slots, table games, and crash games are tested and certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and audited quarterly. toto22 does not adjust RTP on individual accounts.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled according to the official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator. Draw times and market availability are published on the Platform. Bets placed after the official cut-off time for a given draw will be rolled forward to the next available draw unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome, settlement, or validity of any bet, toto22's decision is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the bet settlement. Claims made after 7 days will not be reviewed.
Fair Play Commitment. All game outcomes on toto22 are determined independently of the Platform. toto22 operates as a service platform and does not influence or manipulate game results. Every RNG-based game undergoes independent testing before launch, and audit reports are available on request.

Members may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the Member will be unable to log in, make deposits, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and will be processed within 24 hours. toto22 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded Members from opening new accounts during their exclusion period.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is applied, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days. Limits can be reduced or removed immediately.
Members may set session time limits to control the duration of continuous play. When the set time is reached, the Member will be logged out automatically and must wait until the next calendar day before logging back in (if a daily limit was set).
toto22 provides reality-check reminders that alert Members to the duration of their current session and net win/loss totals. These reminders can be configured in Account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. toto22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, server downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of betting activity. toto22 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the Services. All bets are placed at your own risk.
toto22 integrates game content, odds feeds, and live data from licensed third-party providers. While we take reasonable care to work only with reputable providers, toto22 is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or technical faults originating from third-party systems.
toto22 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, toto22's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.
toto22 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, abused bonuses, opened duplicate accounts, or posed a risk to the Platform or other Members. During suspension, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or make withdrawals pending investigation.
toto22 may permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method (after deducting any amounts owed to toto22). All Bonus Funds will be forfeited. toto22 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account closure beyond a general reference to the relevant clause of these Terms.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Funds. If Funds remain in a closed Account for more than 90 days, toto22 may deduct an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month until the balance is exhausted or withdrawn.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 deducted from the remaining balance until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. toto22 will send email notification before applying dormancy fees.
toto22 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the toto22 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. toto22 does not sell or trade personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto22 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, with the seat of arbitration determined by toto22. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against toto22.
toto22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
